The 17th annual ÂÜÀòÉç Heritage Festival will take place on Saturday, July 7, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in downtown ÂÜÀòÉç.  About 130 vendors and businesses will participate in the festival with about 25,000 visitors expected.

The festival will feature the first ÂÜÀòÉç Heritage Festival Car Show, which will take place on College Street. The , which benefits the United Way of Portage County, will take place from 7 p.m. beginning at Dix Stadium, and fireworks in downtown ÂÜÀòÉç begin at 10 p.m.

Crafters and food vendors will line Main, North and South Water and Erie streets, and three stages will be set up throughout downtown to provide all-day entertainment. There will be activities for all ages.

The festival is organized by the ÂÜÀòÉç Area Chamber of Commerce and ÂÜÀòÉç United Service Organizations, which is composed  of the city of ÂÜÀòÉç, the ÂÜÀòÉç Licensed Beverage Association, ÂÜÀòÉç Jaycees, ÂÜÀòÉç Lions, ÂÜÀòÉç Junior Mothers, ÂÜÀòÉç Kiwanis, ÂÜÀòÉç Rotary Knights of Columbus and Main Street ÂÜÀòÉç.
