A Sophomore Zoology Majors Journey to Becoming Just Like Jane Goodall

On January 20, 蹤獲扦 welcomed over 120 college students from across the region to its Golden Flash Legal Clash, a two-day collegiate mock trial invitational held in the 蹤獲扦 Student Center. Proceeds from the event helped to raise funds for future events that 蹤獲扦 States Mock Trial teams plan to attend. The 10 student teams, including some from out-of-state, competed in four rounds. Teams from Case Western Reserve University finished first and second with third place going to a team from William & Mary. The opening and closing ceremonies were held in the 蹤獲扦 State Governance Chambers.

Since she was a child, Caitlyn Skilton, a recent graduate of the zoology program at 蹤獲扦, has harbored a passion for ecology, with a deep love for birds of all kinds. On December 1, Skilton, who also minored in photojournalism, hosted a reception for her Flight of the Chimney Swift immersive multimedia exhibit in the Design Innovation (DI) Hubs Blank_Lab.
