It's back! The 蹤獲扦 State Spring Food Truck Series, from University Culinary Services and a group of participating local vendors begins on Wednesday, April 3, and continues each Wednesday through May 1.
Each Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., 蹤獲扦 State will welcome a variety of food trucks and 蹤獲扦 State's own Fork in the Road food truck to Risman Plaza to share their unique menus with students, faculty, staff and the 蹤獲扦 community.
For April 3, the food truck will include 蹤獲扦 State's Fork in the Road, Mamacita's, So Co and Galaxy Grill. For the full schedule of activities by University Culinary Services for spring, follow this link.
