Ellie Baker, a junior in the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship was recognized by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine during his March State of the State Address as one of last year's winners of the Governor's Merit Scholarship.
Baker takes courses at both 蹤獲扦 at Tuscarawas and the university's 蹤獲扦 Campus.
