Boiler Technician

Located in Winesburg, OH and searching for a Boiler Technician that can grow into an operator with training and experience. If you know of any recent graduates that may have an interest let me know.  We have 2 1500hp Victory Boilers, feed tank, hi pressure tank and associated pumps, valves, and piping. Chemical feed system for water treatment before water enters boilers.

Pay is in the $28/hour range with hours averaging about 50/week.

Reymond Products International, Inc. (RPII) has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer. This is an entry to intermediate level position that will report to the Engineering Manager. This opportunity will prioritize hands-on manufacturing support, process control, and standardization. Other duties may include drawing modification and review, reverse engineering, and the design and development of clay extrusion tooling and other ancillary equipment.
About Us:
Reymond Products primarily manufactures tooling and wear parts for heavy clay extrusion and related industries (Brick and tile manufacturing). Our portfolio also includes two foundries pouring steel and iron alloys. Combined, we provide industrial wear parts for many additional industries including aluminum and steel production. Reymond Products and Castings USA are in New Philadelphia, OH and US Casting Co. is in Canton, OH. Engineering is located at the New Philadelphia facility. We have been in business for over 65 years and prioritize superior customer service to customers around the world.
Responsibilities:
•Hands-on support and problem solving for machining, fabrication, and casting operations
•Create process sheets and quality standards for standardization and continuous improvement efforts
•Update and revise existing drawings and models per customer or internal request
•Create customer approval drawings for quotations
•Reverse engineer and produce engineering drawings of customer sample parts
•Determine material selection, tolerances, and manufacturing methods based on application
•Contribute to the development of basic concepts for new products and product modifications
•Technical support for sales and customer inquiries
•Occasional local customer and vendor site visits for troubleshooting and application engineering
•Technical assistance in facility maintenance repairs and projects
•Design, alteration, and repair of foundry equipment and tooling
•Work independently with guidance from Engineering Manager
Educational Requirements & Qualifications:
•Associate degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent trade program
•Knowledge and competent use of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks is preferred)
•Ability to measure parts with instruments including calipers, scales, thread gauges, protractors, etc.
•Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
•Strong computer skills, ability to effectively use MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Ability to promote and work as a team member to meet organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Technology
•Understanding of sand casting of iron and steel alloys
•Knowledge of CNC programming (EdgeCAM & Esprit Software) and basic operation
•3-5 years’ experience in an industrial environment

    Job Summary: Arcitell LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3D Ink Printer Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our Custom-made 3D ink printer, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining the printer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design software, particularly Photoshop, and demonstrate proficiency in computer operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operate and monitor the 3D ink printer to ensure optimal performance and output quality.

    Learn and apply printer-specific software and programs for efficient production workflows.

    Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the printer to ensure consistent functionality.

    Prepare and manage print files, ensuring all designs meet specifications before production.

    Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance product quality.

    Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Keep abreast of new technologies and techniques in 3D printing.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in printing or design is a plus.

    Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with other design software is an advantage.

    Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

    Must not be colorblind; ability to distinguish between colors is essential for quality control.

    Comfortable working in a factory setting, with the ability to stand for extended periods.

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
